API 611 LUBE OIL SYSTEM FOR SINOPEC ETHYLEN

2 units of LUBE OIL SYSTEM have been designed for application to: Feed Water Pump & Steam turbines.

The systems are as follow:

- Heat Exchanger, oil-water, ASME VIII Div. 1, TEMA C construction, AEW Type. Admiralty brass tubes.

- Duplex Filter, ASME VIII Div. 1, 20 microns.

- ANSI 150, ASME B16.5 flanged connections.

- ATEX certified components as motors (Eex e), transmitters (Eex d), junction box (Eex e), glands, conduit & cables (Eex d).

- API 526 safety valves.

- Panel for instruments made of AISI 316.

- Weld-Pad level, AISI 316 with volumes indication.

- AISI 316 reservoir and piping, SW.

- AISI 316 tubing for instrumentation. Root valves for pressure instruments with manifolds (block & bleed valves).

RIVI is finishing to build up API 614 for Sinopec Plant

Do you remember our article from 20 of November ? It was the first design of the lube oil unit to lubricate bearings of motor-pump skid, in the project of Sinopec.

Now you can see the previous image during the testings. It will be delivered the next week.

• Power dissipated: 9 Kw
• Electrical and electronic devices: accomplish with Zone 2
• Heating system: Steam
• Working pressure: 1.5 kg/cm2
• Working temperature: 45ºC
• Main pump & Auxiliary pump are driven by electrical motors (Eex e)
• Piping & tubing ASTM - AISI 316
• ASME IX Welding procedure
• ASME VIII, Div. 1 for duplex filter and water-oil cooler
• Globe valves, gate valves made of AISI 316
• Panel board for instrumentation, AISI 316
• Carbon Steel baseplate with grouting & venting holes

RIVI DELIVERY 4off LUBE OIL SYSTEMS FOR A THERMOSOLAR PLANT IN SPAIN

Technical department of RIVI, we have developed standard lube oil systems for the lubrication of the feed water pumps bearings.

The standard pressure control of the lube oil is done with Smart transmitters (Rosemount 3051 Series).

Extresol Thermosolar Plant, are going to create electricity with an Steam Turbine of 49.9 MW.

In Rivi we are absolutely involved with the new ways of Renowable Energy, and we collaborate with companies submerged in this market.

LUBE OIL SYSTEMS SKID PUMP MOUNTED

RIVI develops also the lube oil systems mounted in pump skids. As it shows in the picture, you can see a lube oil unit completly assembled in the base-plate.

In this project for an important Power Plant in Kuwait (Az Zour, managed by Siemens) we contributed with our customer in the following services:

- Pre-assembly of pipings in our work-house.

- Hidrostatic testings.

- Assembly in the work-house of our customer.

Services of pipes:

- Lubrication (supply & return lines).

- Seal pipes.

- Water pipes.

We can able to give to our customers, not only the manufacture of the lube oil systems, even 3D design of the pipes routing, pre-manufacture, inspections, painting,...
